"I ordered a drive thru pickip at 10:20, with 3 other mohile orders in the same car, they refused to serve us all at once which is understandable but after the second order they said we dont have any more food. Joselyn was lying to us and refusing to give us her name, luckily she was wearing a necklace with her name on it. Even refused to hive us a refund on our order aswell. Never coming back"

"Something need me to happen to this place, there’s so many things wrong here. Employees won’t even talk to you so you know your orders ready, I watched 3 door dash people trying to get there delivery’s and all three of there orders were just sitting there for a good 7 minutes. Not only was there service bad that was litteraly A ROACH crawling on the wall. I keep trying to give this place another chance but it disappoints me that the people don’t care about other people’s health saftey. So many other problem at this location, try to stay away from this place unless you want to wait 15 minutes for your order when no one’s in there and like being disrospected"

"The manager on duty Mon Nov 27 is is rude, she would not give me her name, and refuses to help anyone. And, truthfully, the fries are gross every time she is working Update: I walked in one day and saw her working with other managers. It seemed as though she got some training because she has been a lot friendlier and the fries have been a lot better."

"Honestly the McDonald's on canal Street is pretty much the worst when it comes to dinner. The night staff is pretty horrible. We live basically next door so my roommate and I tend to go a little *too* often. Breakfast and lunch are generally really good but dinner is ALWAYS either wrong or just terrible quality. The fries almost always taste stale, often slightly warm or cold. You can stand at the register for sometimes 5-10 minutes before anybody acknowledges you, even when you make eye contact with them (and this is when the kiosks were down so they knew we had to order). There is one woman in particular, who I suspect some of these other reviews have also talked about that is downright rude to everyone, from what I've seen. Literally will ignore you. And if you think I'm being "extra," look at other reviews. This location has a lot of 1 start reviews. But notice how many of the 1 stars are for dinner and the higher stars are for lunch or breakfast. I also have noticed a pretty high turnover rate on the night shift. Makes me wonder if it's a toxic work environment at night time. We won't be going back anymore after tonight's interaction with the same very rude employee."

"I ordered in advance on the app then sat and waited 20 minutes for them to bring out the curbside pickup. When they did, thankfully I looked through the bag because one of the sandwiches was missing. It took me another 5 minutes to go in and get someone's attention to get it. When I started driving I picked up a fry and found that they were limp and cold but I did not have the time, energy or patience to go back and ask for fresh fries so I just didn't eat them. Upon getting home we found that there was no sauce for the chicken nuggets even though I requested three and my son will not eat them without the sauce so after spending $40 at McDonald's I had to make my son something to eat."
