"Very disappointed with the Vegan Pho. The mushrooms seemed off, and there was no tofu. The flavor was hard to describe. Despite being told a 15-minute wait, we waited for 35 minutes."
"Sage's Fusion Kitchen never uses MSG, sodium products or artificial flavoring in their food. I personally love the spicy phở with or without meat, and I really like how you can choose the vegetables and meat you get in it. I also REALLY love their fried rice, so PLEASE try it if you haven't yet. The unique thing about Sage's Fusion Kitchen is they try to make their food as natural and healthy as possible, so it's not like fast-food quality. Totally recommend if you're feeling like having Phở or BBQ!"
"3 of us ordered the 2 meat meal with sides and everything was phenomenal. Brisket and pulled pork is epic. The hand cut fries delicious. Even the mac and cheese, with just the right seasoning on top, amazing. When I go to Salem Willows, this is the only place I'll be eating at."
"I really wanted to like this place as the staff was friendly… but I had the weirdest experience at this restaurant tosay. I placed an order for brisket, cole slaw, and two lemonades. Total came out to $25. Weird, but not going to fight them on high prices because inflation is happening. Right after I ordered, I had to ask for a ticket with my number and then asked the person inside “how long”…. I was told it would be 40 minutes. Sort of shocked, wish they had told me that before I ordered, but ok, still trying to give them a chance. Finally got my food and that is when I got legitimately upset…. I got 7 pieces of inedible brisket. The meat was so tough that I couldn’t chew it. And the side of coleslaw was approximately 3 tablespoons of food. I just honestly feel bad for this restaurant… not sure what they are trying to do/sell… but it’s not working. And it’s too bad because among all the fried food and pizza, I’d love to have a place with something different to eat at the Willows. However, I won’t be going back. Hopefully they stop serving so many food options and just stick to doing 1-3 menu items well in the future."
"Large Brisket Pho w loaded veggies, great to split with kids. Pho noodles are tasty, brisket broth is smooth, veggies perfectly cooked."
