"Food is good but service isn’t.. the phone number doesn’t work, the online ordering on the site doesn’t let you choose options or sides.. and on door dash if they don’t have what you ordered they just let the order sit and never confirm it. Never inform customer. Never cancel the order. Just let it sit. Can’t even rely on the hours posted for business it keeps changing."
"I’ve been trying to get in touch with this place about catering. Whenever I call the number it goes to voicemail, I even sent an email and no response. I’ve had their food once before and it was amazing, but the service can make someone never want to go back. Do you guys offer catering or no??? Trying to plan a party, but I’ll take my business else where if it’s this difficult to get a response. I figured maybe you would respond to a review."
