"On a scale of 1–10, the food is a 10. The food is amazing, but the service is the worst I’ve seen in any place that sells food, and I work in the food industry. I was in line for 5 minutes while being the only one in line, with the workers talking amongst themselves and completely ignoring my presence, and this is not even the first time. If you go here expect to wait forever on someone to do their job."

"Stopped here to get some empanada. 2 chicken 2 beef. One of my beef empanada was empty because it opened while frying. Went back and they have me another with no problem. They have a good option of food at a decent price. Great drink options and a few dessert options too."

"A month ago I placed a delivery here. They brought me a bunch of food I didn’t order, so I didn’t want it. The delivery driver got mad and threw my money back at me, even though I still gave him a tip. I called the restaurant and told them he was ignorant and I did not want him delivering my food, so they sent a new order with a different driver. A few days ago I placed another delivery, the same delivery driver from before answered the phone and took my order. As soon as I told him my address he said “no we don’t have any drivers” and hung up on me. If you didn’t have any drivers why take my entire DELIVERY order? I called back private and a different guy answered the phone, he took my delivery with no problem and said they did have drivers. I don’t know who this delivery man is that also works the phones in the restaurant, but he’s rude as hell. If you don’t like your job get a new one. People who get upset with customers like that can’t be trusted around food. I only gave one star because they DO have good food, but the customer service SUCKS!"

"Tony Tipico Restaurant has wonderful food! Everything is delicious! The portion’s are very generous! It’s always busy and everyone is friendly! The line is long because it’s hard to choose from such a huge selection! They have chicken, pork, oxtail soup, pig feet, tripe and steak! Those are just some of the meats! They also have rice, yams, beans, plantains, empanadas and more! Try everything you will not be disappointed! The options and combos of fresh food, drinks and desserts is endless! The amount of food you receive and the price you pay is genuinely worth the cost‼️"
