"Ordered online was for A drive thru pickup ,35 minutes later waiting outside the parking area. Still no food! Definitely would not be returning here , if you’re looking for Fast food go somewhere else they don’t know what they are doing here."
"They close the dining room before 6:00 and force you to use the drive-thru. You could spend 20 minutes waiting at this drive-thru. I'm not bothering to do that for some lousy fast food. But if you order through the app, they will give you the option to pick up the food in the dining room. When you get to the dining room, the doors will be locked. What do you do from here? Well, if you walk away and go somewhere else for dinner, they will make your food anyway and charge your credit card, even though you didn't physically get the food. When you submit a complaint to Taco Bell corporate about it, you won't hear back and you won't get a refund. I don't have these problems with that Lynn location, but that location isn't as convenient for me. I've had to ask my credit card twice for refunds from this place due to this situation. Never again. I'll be calling Taco Bell corporate soon to complain about this franchisee. It is intentional that they allow ordering through the app to pick up even though they lock the doors. Let's see if Taco Bell corporate cares about the poor performance of these slackers."
"So the last few weeks this taco bell has been good (fast service, order accurate) but maybe they only staff well on week day nights. On a weekend it's guaranteed I will sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting to pick up food I've already ordered through the app. Would be better if they had enough people to keep the cafe open for order pick up. Sincerely please just adequately staff this store so there's not just one person working at night. I can't imagine how much it sucks to be the one person working having to deal with hungry angry people."
"The food itself is good cuz it’s Taco Bell that’s why I continue to go but the service at this location is consistently absolutely terrible. They get my order wrong every SINGLE time and there is absolutely no sense of urgency. If there are 3 cars in the drive thru you’ll end up having to wait over 30 min for what I don’t know. When I pull up two the window it is always the same two guys that just stand there on their phones. It’s ridiculous how terrible the service and wait time is. You guys need to find better employees for this location because that’s where the problem lies"
"Slowest, and worst managed "fast food" place in the state. On several separate occasions I have ordered on their app, driven to the store to pick up my order of a burrito and had to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. On my last visit last week, the guy putting his huge order in after me got his order before my tiny order put in before him, I waited 20 minutes, only to be told they didn't have my drink or beans. I told them to cancel the order as they weren't able to fill my order as requested, the guy told me they couldn't cancel online orders and that "they had other flavors". All while the manager talked with a food inspection guy with a thermometer for 20 minutes while ignoring the chaos of their poorly organized staff. Had the staff greeted me when I first walked in, they could have told me they were out of stock and not wasted my time and money paying for an order they refused to refund because they were out of stock and lazy. I'm vegetarian, I don't want beef instead of beans ffs."
