"This place made me sad. The floor was very dirty, and it took a while for me to get the hosts attention. After being seated, we were relocated to another table after they said we were seated wrong. I ordered the pancake combo, and I can say for sure I will never come here again. The pancakes were very underwhelming, and the eggs were completely covered in oil. They were inedible. The only redeeming quality of this place was the service. Our waitress was very kind and patient with us during our payment towards the end. However, the atmosphere was completely the opposite. We were constantly being stared down by a man who tried to move closer to us. All in all, the waitress was the only positive I could see here."

"One waiter started to serve us. Then he stopped. He seemed to be walking around the restaurant, but not stopping at your table or offering us any reason for ignoring us. Another waiter came over after 20 minutes. I would have left and gone somewhere else. Toast was an extra charge with my poached eggs. Potatoes, extra charge. Food came out little by little. Not all at once, like one might expect. Food was not hot."

"I wish I could give zero stars. Unreal. I got breakfast delivery 2 weeks ago. Completely got the ENTIRE order wrong. I'm not so much picky- i have a ton of food allergies. Management said they'll refund my card. Nope. Didn't happen. Had to call back today to get a "gift card." Ok, fine. 2 weeks pass - I try to dine in with some family. I Ordered lunch. The entire order was AGAIN messed up, there were 5 of us. Only 2 of us got our meal. The wrong plates were coming to our table. My food was wrong again. the waitress was SO rude and definitely didn't take my food allergies down because I saw the slip. Another young waitress came over and claiming "the manager left" and tried to justify the other waitress's behaviors. I DID find the manager in the kitchen. VERY unimpressed. MY QUESTION---- TO WHOM EVER IS RESPONDING TO THESE REVIEWS-- **WHY** hasn't anything improved whatsoever?? I'm going back 6 months on these reviews and NOTHING has changed!"

"Quick and friendly service even through the Sunday rush. Lots of fresh brewed coffee! They goofed on a few items but were quickly resolved."
