Wahlburgers- Terminal C

"It was my first time eating a Wahlburger. I didn't find anything extraordinary about Wahlburgers. The burger and fries were good but not exceptionally good. The hamburger bun reminded me of a grocery store bun. The Wahlburger sauce was bland, and the burger size wasn't any bigger than a fast food premium burger. The burger was served with shredded lettuce, but as a personal preference, I'd rather have a leaf of lettuce on my burger. The pickles were very good and the same for the tomatoes. The French Fries were served hot and crisp. However, the fries were without seasoning, besides ketchup provided at the table. My waiter Andre was excellent! I enjoyed a cheap beer with my dinner and the price was fair for a major airport."

"Great burger, like I make on my grill. Wife had a Cesar salad and was fine. Great service -- waiter was excellent. Only issue was cold/not fresh fries."

"You don’t expect good food when running through most airports but this was especially bad. Food was delivered quickly but was cold. Burger I think actually would be a good burger except it was cold. Not sure if they are just microwaving them but from time to order to delivery if you actually cooked it there’s no way for it not to be piping hot. The fries were lukewarm however. For the prices delivering a hot meal shouldn’t be in question."

However during my latest visit I was disappointed with the meal presented. The burger had packaging inside and they skipped out on the fries. The airport location during lunch was under staffed and could have used at least two more people. Please be patient with the staff they're working as fast as they can."

"I’ve been before and had a great experience. I like the Wahlbergs. But this time was disappointing. Menu is very limited, only one type of burger (technically two, but they were out of the veggie burger.) Burger was good, drink (cherry coke) was only half filled. Tater tots were burnt and the waitress, Sabine, forgot them. I asked for them and she brought them over. We finished our meal and the bill came out to $40.02. I realized I was short on cash, so I left $42.00 on the table and got up to go to an ATM and grab some cash for a tip. As soon as I walk out, I hear my waitress yell “wow, two dollars!” and laugh with two of her coworkers at the front. They stared at me and I was so uncomfortable. I then decided not to bring back more cash due to this behavior. I am a waitress myself, so I understand the frustration of not getting a good tip. But this behavior was unacceptable. I will not be back."
