"RATS in terminal C just walking through the restaurant(vineyard grille) I was having a drink at before my flight , lost my appetite and went to pay. I was charged $21 for three club sodas ($4ea) from the soda fountain and a small tea($8). When I made a comment to the manager about the insane prices and the rats she rudely replied "WELCOME TO BOSTON LOGAN!" Poor waitress did her best. Boston is a beautiful city, the airport... Not so much. Do better."
"The “manager” Laura was horrific!! I cannot believe the way she treats her staff. She just threatened to close the restaurant down if her staff didn’t move faster. She said this in front of the entire bar. It was embarrassing. She should be fired immediately."
"Typical fast casual restaurant IN AN AIRPORT. That is you have to eat something before your flight and you just happen to see this one. * The price is on par with other places in the terminal. * Food is okay, at least it's made to order. - Service is non-existent. It's late at night, we were tired, and the server was tired too. So it's kinda understandable, but could be better."
"Server, Annie with the pink hair, was hands down the worst server. She couldn’t remember anything, even the beer we JUST ordered, three times!!!!! I ordered the hummus, she came back 20 min later and said they have been out all day. We ordered the Turkey club with no Mayo but mustard on the side. Of course all of this was forgotten. This is an airport restaurant where service should be quick and impeccable. Also saw her apologizing to other guests for forgetting things. Overall Annie’s attitude was very flippant. In the end she didn’t bring my itemized receipt but rather another tables credit card information, so I had to flag her down to bring my receipt. When I said she should always bring the itemized receipt (especially for business travelers), she snapped back at me with an attitude that would make your mother cringe. I hope that this company recognizes the need for additional training and in-depth customer service experience training with her. I hope she can truly change her attitude and approach towards customers."
"Drinks were okay, typical airport costs. Employees were nice, but food was meh at best. Didn’t have regular fries or onion rings, so only substitutes were sweet potato fries or tater tots but still for the same $2 extra. Tater tots were recommended by waitress, but they were just bland. Crab cake sandwich wasn’t too bad, house chips also needed some seasoning. The cobb sandwich was basically just chicken tenders slapped with some tomato, avocado and bleu cheese dressing. It wasn’t terrible, but I expected more given the prices. All in all, food wasn’t the worst, but disappointing."
