"even though the food was excellent the physical restaurant was horrible. In the sense that none of the tables were cleaned. There was no plastic silverware available and it took them 10 minutes to change a $20 bill for my meal… and apparently only one person making the meal as you go through the line, and none of the food behind the glass was labeled so as a newbie, I did not know the ingredients behind the glass! completely outrageous!!"
"Horrible horrible experience here. The employees will ignore you as long as humanly possible and will cuss outwardly in front of the customers. When ordering online I ordered an hour ahead because I only had a 15 min work break to grab my food and eat. When I got there I was ignored and was looking for my pick up order. After finally approaching them then nonchalantly told me they couldn’t make it because they had no rice. No food on my break and took me over a month to get my money back. Don’t go here."
"I remember when Chipotle had some pep and some flare and you went in there and you wanted to sit in there and eat. However those days are long gone the food is decent at times it can be off. And what ive the service industry has taken a nosedive since the pandemic. that guy that works at Beverly with the glasses you guys know who I'm talking about. Jesus can he be any more miserable is really really sad and concerning having that deviant prepare my food. Just can't trust it! I used to love Chipotle I don't know anymore. It's upsetting"
"Update: Got the job there. They are a little under staffed and the other employees are great with the customers. We do get busy and sometimes run out of different products, but that can be expected. The restaurant is clean except when customers make a mess. When I was growing up, if you made a mess, you cleaned it up. First time eating here, and the food is great. Applied for the dishwasher position."
