"I completely missed the driveway because it was pitch black...but luckily the parking lot was empty and big, so I easily turned around and got into the very wide drive through lane. Service was fast, friendly, and clear. Signage was new and bright (maybe a bit TOO bright for how dark the lot was) with nice crisp audio quality from the intercom speaker. The reviews that this place is slow and unfriendly seem woefully outdated...great news for Weymouth burger enjoyers! Food is only ranked lower because there are multiple other "better" places nearby...but if BK is the king of anything, it's "burgers on a budget"! Highly recommend their mushroom & swiss melts and cheesy tots! UPDATE 12/28/2023: Showed up during a rush on a rainy Thursday night. Service was super friendly as usual, line moved along at a nice rate, had my food hot and ready within minutes. I left my house around 5:25pm, had my food in-hand by 5:35pm, was enjoying my lovely Impossible Whopper with extra cheese by 5:45pm."

"Got impossible burger, normally I love them from bk. It was poorly assembled (mayo in one big clump) and I FOUND A HAIR IN IT. Didn't have time to go back."

"The hours online on the app and on the door a state that the dining room is open till 10 pm. Attempted to walk in at 820 pm on 9/16/2023 and the doors were locked. This is not the first time. Unfortunately I'm a truck driver so ysing the drive thru was not and option either time."

"Update 2022/2023 - the service is so bad most of the time. The wait is ironic when they have multiple employees walking around and chatting with one another and leaning on equipment, walls, and countertops, while we sit at the drive up window. Food is cold and doesn't tasted fresh. Buns are soggy from sauce or condiments sitting on them for however long before being packed up. The lettuce is soggy and not crunchy or fresh. And if it is crunchy its the white stem ends , not green leaf. The fries are never hot or filled no matter what size. Soda taste watered down, like the syrup is gone and they don't change out the barrel or tap for new batch. I honestly don't know why we keep giving this location another chance or try when most of the time it's a bad experience. Management needs to watch the cameras and retrain and or hire new employees. Update 6/2/21- we wanted to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. Asked for the deluxe not spicy, and the woman at the late night drive-thru was pushy and very assertive the deluxe only comes with the SPICY hand breaded sandwich. Unfortunately for her, on her menu #9 is a deluxe hand breaded chicken meal, and it's not spicy. Uh okay. So why was she convinced deluxe is only spicy? *Confused* It's a hit it miss at this store. Recently (2018) it's been very good! And the staff has been polite. Some staff before a few times, weren't happy nor professional, and we ended up just pulling away , not ordering and started going to another store to get our BK. Eventually after a good while we decided to give this one another try, we got Jr. Whopper meals lastnight and they were sooo good, I had to take a picture! Please keep up the great service Weymouth."
