"Food came cold. Waited at the speaker for 10 mins. The employee forgot to turn the headset on. 24 hour location btw. Can't give one star the employee was nice and we shared a laugh together"

"We were there around 8:30 . There is a play area and my son was excited. It was open. We looked for a " closing sign" everywhere. No sign. An employee came over and said it was closed and we walked out of the play area and he locked it up. We were waiting for our food. At ordering, we weren't asked if we were dining in or take out. We were handed out food in bags and found a seat. #1 , missing fries. #2 no ketchup, no napkins. #3 my fries were cold and "old". My son didn't get the plastic boo bucket that had signs everywhere that they had. The employees were soooo loud. Some employees weren't in uniform. I saw several wearing jeans ? It was awful. All you could hear was them laughing and yelling. So ridiculous. For the price we paid... I'll never be back. @Mcdonalds #poorservice #horriblefood #whatajoke #getittogether"
"I waited over 40 minutes standing at the to go counter before I finally saw someone who didn't understand the English language, finally gave me my order. That place was out of control. They were busy, yes!. As they should be used to serving fast food. That's what they used to call it any way. Nothing fast about this McDonald's. I can understand why. Costumer service is starting to fade away every where I go now . Businesses are getting so greedy and mega rich , it's like they almost forget, without paying customers you are nothing. Good luck with that."
"None of our order was correct. Had to be remade four times. When we finally got the food and hour and fifteen minutes later, there was a hairball in my daughters fries. The manager was in charge of remaking order. It was the most poorly run McDonalds I have ever been to. I would not recommend under any circumstances."
