"Do Not Get The Bulgogi Rice Bowl. The bowl is 90% rice and 10% toppings and It looks nothing like it does in the picture. They give you two slivers of daikon. The ratio for this dish is shocking to say the least. The boneless soy garlic is crispy but the meat is very dry."

"I really want to chalk this up to me not sitting at the restaurant and eating it hot, but the boneless chicken was VERY DRY! My order had the right amount of sauce but the chicken was extremely rubbery, really couldn’t get past a couple of chew. It was a mid-day pick up during the weekend so not sure what was going on. Reading the other reviews, it seems like the chicken is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, other time it’s not depending on who’s on staff. I’ll try to get to the restaurant and order the bone-in next time and update on here. But so far this branch is a bust unfortunately. :("

"Chicken had barely any sauce during later night order close to 9:30pm. Front desk lady working night shift had rude service to customers picking up food orders and to employee when another customer complained about the lack of sauce on chicken. Calling their employee to come up front and explain themselves in-front of complaining customer. As a manager, that’s really poor service and way to handle the situation. I saw all this as I waited a long time for my take out order. I ordered soy garlic and honey garlic boneless chicken. Overall 1 star because I was shocked by how rude the front desk night shift lady was to customers and employees. The chicken wasn’t that great either - nothing special, similar to bon chon and even KFC’s new nuggets. Please be kinder to your workers and customers. Good luck bbq chicken."

"I’m not sure why this place is so low on the ratings. It’s a great spot that has great fried chicken. I have had nearly half of the menu at this point. Small dining area but still could seat nearly 12 people."

"I like this place. I love honey galic wings. But my second order, the chicken wings turn out raw!. I called the restaurant to complain and they are willing to refund the money or they can reorder it with no charge. So I decided to reorder it as I love the flavor here. I think the Maneger and staffs need to work on fried chicken more to make sure it cooked before you serve the customer. So far I like this place. Hope you can improve your product to be better !"
