"Parents, this place is a great spot to bring your kids for a meal and a sweet treat on the cheap! Of course, this means you'll hear that grating crying noise while here, but that is entirely to be expected of a joint geared towards families. Ice cream is delicious, meals are good for the price, and staff are kind and understanding! The location means it can be hard to get into the parking lot, so expect a bit of a struggle if you're coming in from the other side of the road."

"I got 2 sundaes from this location and 1 sundae had a staple in it!! A STAPLE!!!!!! My boyfriend got a spoonful and almost swallowed it. I put a picture up to prove it as well. I called the store and the manager did not apologize or care at all and was very rude the whole time. Nothing was done for me. That’s “friendly’s” for you"

"Today was my sister's birthday and she was very eager to have food from this restaurant along with the rest of my family and it was a complete failure because literally everything was messed up, major mistakes made in literally all the orders placed. The fish was way too overcooked and hard as a rock, we also asked for Waffle Fries with our Chicken Tenders and got Regular Fries instead not to mention the Chicken was rough and not smooth at all way too crunchy and tasted like fish rather than Chicken it didn't taste normal at all it tasted very weird. Not a good experience at all I've had very good experience with this restaurant in the past but this really went downhill."

"My boyfriend and I have been going to this location for years now. Every time we go we end up getting Kristen as our waitress and she has always been the best and still is. Always welcoming and very friendly. Has a great personality and will go beyond and above to make sure the customers are happy. Love happy people ❤️. Foods great, ice cream wonderful, and waitresses are the best. :))"
