"I asked for two frozen coffees medium and they gave me small I said it was medium. the employee just transferred the small cup to the medium cup and did not put the flavor I had asked for. it got really bad. I always buy coffee from this store during the week, but on Sunday I'll have to buy it elsewhere because they only have teenagers and they are not concerned about ordering it right. I was very dissatisfied."
"If you want your coffee made inconsistently good come here. If you want the wrong food order given to you come here. Dunkin' needs to start a consistency rule and better training for its branded stores. Starbucks is very consistent as well as other coffee shops. I can count on one hand my favorite Dunkin shops and I have 4 fingers."
