"Shortly after 8 pm: dining room is closed and locked. Drive thru only. Order was missing things, so we asked for one of our burgers. It was thrown angrily in a bag. 3 drinks and 4 frostees, no tray. Drove away - discovered no toys in the kids meals ( that's why we pay extra ) and one of the drinks was wrong. Sad situation. Maybe understaffed."

"Placed mobile order at 8:02pm. Walked out of store at 8:22pm. This is the normal turn around time for 2 combo meals at this location, so make sure you are not in a rush when going. The employees need more training and management. It seems as though they have enough staff but half of them are standing and talking to each other and the ones that are working need to constantly double check order details and don’t move with any pep in their step. Food is delicious, though. Just make sure you have the time if visiting this location."
