Dunkin'

"This is the best Dunkin in this areas by far! The morning crew is fast and so nice. Coffee is always right!"

"Just had the absolute worst experience at this location. The cashier went to hand me my coffee and I took one look at it knew it was wrong, which I expressed. She (Mckenzie) proceeded to roll her eyes, huff and tell me this is what I ordered. I said no, repeated my order and then said you even asked me if I wanted anything extra in my coffee which I said no to (the coffee she tried to hand me clearly had milk and sugar and no cold foam like I ordered). She then cursed some expletive and said she didn't take my order, which is when another employee stepped in and told her (Mckenzie) to go calm down that's not how you act to customers. The new employee remade my coffee and simply and politely explained that dunkin no longer offered pumpkin cream cold foam and that the new drink has a pumpkin swirl with plain cold foam. (The original drink Mckenzie tried to hand me still never had cold foam on it so it was in fact wrong). My take away from this experience is that Mckenzie needed to check her attitude and calmly explain that the seasonal drink I ordered was not being offered this year and I would have happily changed back to my normal order of a black cold brew. Also I was still charged full price for my order after this altercation which I found insulting but did not mention at the window because I just wanted to get on with my day."

"I love how dunkin projects how they care so much about the children especially their 5/23 day with children’s hospital…yet after my child was discharged from the hospital i went there ordered him a large watermelon raspberry refresher b/c thats the only thing we could get him to drink. I also ordered myself a latte. While waiting for my latte I realized he wanted it in a small cup (toddlers for ya) So i asked for a small cup of ice and was denied. She said i would have to come into the store to get that. I said really? its for my baby? I will pay. She said yes i would have to charge you but u have to come inside. not to mention before this i tipped her a 1.10$! Which i will never tip again at this dunks. Unreal how you would make a parents life just a little more difficult esp with a sick child. #DOBETTER"

"My brother and 2 sisters with our spouses had just dined at the Fireside restaurant in Middleboro. Great meal but the restaurant was quite busy and it was noisy and hard to really here each other. I suggested going to Dunkin for coffee and sitting in their Big dining hall. So great we were there talking for over an hour with hearing all about each one's stories from the last year."

"So, this is a pretty nice dunkins by all accounts. It's larger with comfy seating and a big television. You could actually lounge in here for a while. The only issue was that the service was pretty bad. I don't get to worried in a place like this if it takes a little longer than normal to get a coffee, because life is too short, but another customer was getting cranky and then her drink was wrong."
