Wingstop

"I normally love wingstop but this last experience will be my last experience. It sucks because everyone was so nice but the food..... nah. They made the wings so greasy, it's like they didn't even shake them off at all. All the oil was leaking out of the container all over my brand new pants. I will never come here again."

"The service at the randolph mass location warren st has been horrible. After receiving my order it appears a whole bottle of grease was released in my food. Your never able to speak to anyone and this has been the issue more than once. Unsafe to eat."

"We waited 5 minutes before we were acknowledged and ordered, then we waited exactly a half hour to get 5 chicken tenders, 8 boneless wings, and 2 orders of fries. The staff was clearly overworked, understaffed, and unhappy due to their working conditions. But it was a very long time to wait at a “fast food” restaurant. Management needs to step in, or pay their workers better! The wings (and ranch!) were delicious, but the experience was harmed quite a bit."

"Every time I or my husband (a restaurant manager himself) comes to this ostensibly-fast food place, we're either waiting an age for our food, they get our order wrong, or are flat out turning people away if they didn't order online. The place was slammed tonight, only had three staff members in the restaurant, and one of them was leaning on the counter the whole half hour he was waiting while the room filled up with yet more customers."

"Wings are actually decent in size, Cajun corn was bomb AF, and the fries reminded me of five guys. However wing stop is definitely overly hyped and I don’t think it’s worth it. I like a little crispness to my wings and they were too soft for my liking. Flavors are mid. I ordered (dry) lemon pepper wings and it just taste like oil. Service was good though they made sure I had everything in my bag and my online order was completed within the time frame. I didn’t eat inside but they do have tables and chairs."
