"Ordered 3 Shrimp scampi's for my mom, sister and myself also crab dip. Got home to enjoy what I've had several times before to this time it was completely sweet. I don't know what they used but 2 were opened 3rd left refrigerated now in the trash. I've called several times since Friday and no call back. Nothin a hundred and ten dollars wasted never again"

"This was my second time at The Pearl, I recommend this restaurant for date nights. Our server Jasmine, was sweet, attentive, friendly and welcoming. Thank you Jasmine for your food and drink recommendations, we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back again. Awesome service and great food."

"We went in for the first time, and the place was beautiful. I am leaving a review because people said the customer service wasn’t good. We had great service and the manager even took our plates and chatted. I was disappointed they didn’t have some items available but I’d go there again."

"First time visiting this place, when we came in they told us they were transitioning from brunch to dinner & we can order drinks until the kitchen opens up (This is at 3:35pm… on their menu, it says kitchen closes from 3 to 4pm for dinner prep. In this timeframe we were given water & they took our drink orders, now it’s 4:40pm I ask how much longer will it be before we can place our food order, they stated 10 more minutes (at this point we were ready to leave) server ends up taking our order Hennessy wings, Truffle fries. Fish tacos, (Henny wings came out 25 minutes after, fries came another 15 minutes, Fish Tacos never came (Ended up telling them forget it) (My thought is they forgot my order). They brought the wrong drink to my husband. All of them people who came in after us was served before us & there were only 6 people there! Long wait times, wings were super hard & truffle fries were super oily. Roxbury drink was cool. Probably won’t go back. FYI … I’m all for supporting black businesses because we love food too! But we don’t get days off in the customer service world, especially when we are paying money for an experience."

"Took my friend for a birthday lunch, and The Pearl did not disappoint! The best way to describe The Pearl is that it's a bistro specializing in seafood, but I'd be wrong because I had the biggest, most tender, cooked-to-order steak tips on my Seasonal Salad. Beef as an add-on wasn't an option, but I asked, and I received. The salad dressing was made fresh from scratch. My friend also had a salad, and we each had Aperol spritzes (yes, full bar). We saw these other beautiful plates coming out for other tables. I asked my neighbors about their gorgeous shareable seafood plate, and they told me it was called "Mika's Fave." Yum. Noted for next time. (Mika is the owner, and she'll stop by and check on you.) There's something about the pace of the meal that felt European and personal, not rushed. To me, that's a good thing. A very good thing. I'm looking forward to sitting on the patio out front some evening when it's not so warm out. The flower boxes and the verdigris fencing were pretty. The washroom was very nice too. Everything about this gem is so well-considered. With the movie theater right across the driveway, The Pearl is a great spot for a nice dinner and a movie. Well-lit parking is free in the garage a few doors down. Free parking :) How many places can boast that? I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it! I've said a lot but you get my point. Don't sleep on The Pearl!!! You totally get what you pay for, and we all deserve nice things and beautiful food."
