"I always have to place my order at least 15 minutes ahead of time otherwise it’s not ready when I get there and I end up being late for work. This time I ordered like normal and it still wasn’t ready because the espresso machine wasn’t working. I waited for about 15 minutes before having to leave without my coffee. When I heard it wasn’t working I kept trying to get someone’s attention and no one would even look in my direction. I’m writing this so hopefully you can improve. Every person who walks through that door should be greeted and checked in on even if they are not ordering at the counter."
