Did not take my order correctly and took him 25 minutes to get an order for three people ready when there was only one other person in there. He was very rude and snappy when I informed him the order was incorrect and refused to fix it."

"As of about 6 months ago things went straight down hill for the DD on Amesbury rd in Haverhill Ma i used to go there every day never a problem now I go an extra half mile to avoid them .No fewer than 10 out of 11 orders were screwed up and I am talking about $15 orders a day. 3 coffees 2 sandwiches and they can't get it straight to save there lives. I am done with that DD. one star is being generous"
