"Had to write this as I was walking out , staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate I came in around 10:06 pm just to get asked did we place an order yet and once I said we haven’t ordered yet we was ignored the whole time and staffs was staring at me and my child but won’t even acknowledge one time to even tell us it’s online only. I’m hoping this reaches management so they can rectify the situation so this doesn’t happen again and also cooperate will be called on Tuesday,"

"If I could give zeros stars I honestly would. Starting from the parking lot..the trash was overflowing out of the bin onto the ground..it looked like nobody cared about the place..I walked in and went to the counter where i was told phone orders only because the manager was on a “lil break”. The same employee says he would ring us up but he is banned from the register and gets paid too much to use it. While waiting about 30 minutes for my food I noticed an employee take his phone out while wearing his gloves and after proceed to touch food that was being served. Also none of the workers had hair nets. Several workers were having side conversations and no management in sight. The chicken was cold, the fries were old, cold and salty despite me requesting light seasoning, and I didn't receive the sauces i requested. The soda machine area was DISGUSTING and seemed broken…spilled soda on the floor, straw wrappers all over the counter. No customer service at all and the food was not good. This was my first and unfortunately last time coming here. It was not a great experience."

"I waited for at least 45 minutes for a $42 order of wings, fries, and a sandwich. Just for these idiot kids to give me a bag full of fries and no chicken, then close the store an hour earlier than the website says it’s supposed to be open so you can’t even go back and have them fix it. Then you call the supposed customer service line, and the woman repeats herself like a robot saying all she can do is take orders and she can’t help you. I sure hope their corporate office isn’t as incompetent as any of the people I’ve had to encounter tonight. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food, but my fault for not checking the bag then and there right? Just don’t come here. It’s very much what you’d expect from a place in Brockton."

"The place was very disgusting, the coke machine smelled weird, and the women’s bathroom smelt like pee. This was my family’s 2nd time being here so we took a little while to look at the menu no one was behind us but the lady taking our order(Natasha) was very impatient. The whole time she was rude and had an attitude. The man that gave us our food was very friendly and nice but the one that gave us our order was rude. I would recommend taking your food and eating it somewhere else."
