"Food was ok my daughters steak was overcooked had to send it back drinks were gd service was ok the potstickers were gd"
"They need to train the waitresses better, ours kept messing up the check 3 times, we had to constantly ask for a to go box (5 times total & never got it ) and she slammed our check at the end with attitude when we were more than patient with them constantly being a mess. Mind you we weren’t the only ones that had the same issue. They kept charging the wrong amount on other peoples tab as well."
"I ordered from Kumi. I guess it's a ghost kitchen here. It was decent sushi for the price. Wasn't the best, but will definitely do for sushi delivery. I got the tuna combo and a salmon burrito."
"I had a wonderful experience after a botched Uber Eats order involving one of their new ghost kitchens. It wasn't the restaurants fault, the driver got the order mixed up with someone else's by mistake. The manager gave me a free Poke bowl (which is what I intended to order) and was so kind about everything. The Poke is fresh and delicious too, which was honestly a surprise. I think it's called Krispy Rice? Or Stonie Bowls on Uber Eats. Definitely check it out!"
"Would not recommend coming here to anyone. The food was overpriced for something that looked like it came out from a tv dinner. I'm better off making this myself at home for a fraction of the cost. The chicken was small and dry with lacking flavors. The sizzling chicken and shrimp looked terrible and tasted as it appeared. The green bean appetizer might have only been the only saving grace aside from our server. Also, disregard any promos they have as they wont honor them. They had a gift card deal advertised as we were walking in that was valid until the end of the month but upon inquiring about it, we were informed it is only during holidays. Again, do not recommend coming here. You'll over pay for frozen dinner you can make yourself. Edit: tgi guest relations requested me to reach out to them so I did. They forwarded my review to the local manager and said they'd reach out. After a month, still nothing. Goes to show they dont care about improving their meals or service. Again, you're better off cooking at home or going somewhere else"
