"This location is always slow!. No customer service and employees just standing around. Coukd walk up to the counter and you will not be greeted. Employees and manager need more training. No gloves being worn when handeling the fries. I should not be waiting over 45 minutes for a whopper and small fry"

"Not a smart move of these people to wear their BK uniforms while out being rude to other customer service workers. I was a customer at a store tonight and 2 women who clearly work at this location were extremely rude to the cashier for literally no reason. Telling her to “hurry up so we can go.” I don’t know what their issue is and why they decided to take their misery out on an innocent cashier. Maybe the older lady was just mad because her daughter was paying for her stuff (embarrassing)??? Once again if you’re gonna be unnecessarily rude, maybe don’t advertise your place of employment while doing so."

"They are trained to automatically say "sorry about the wait" when handing out food. Never coming back here again Crazy slow inside, in drive thru and cooking. Even with McDonald's ignoring you when you walk in the door it's still way faster than this restaurant that has a dedicated person at the register."

"I feel that corporate should step in and see how the store represents the the company. Honestly feel like someone should see how the is being managed. Employees eating while making customers food. Eating fries and nuggets right out of the bin while making food. Restaurant is always has trash over flowing. Drink dispenser was a total mess. And it's not the first time seeing the store this way. Guess this is condition is normal in the store managers view."
