"“I don’t think I’ve ever felt this way about a sandwich” are words that I actually spoke to my husband while seated in this diner. I had a tuna melt, and somehow this simple sandwich was one of the most delicious things I’ve eaten in a while. The marble rye bread was so light but also perfectly crispy and buttery on the outside. The tuna was well seasoned, just salty enough, and not too runny. The cheese to tuna ratio was perfect. I don’t know how they did it but I will be dreaming about that sandwich"
