"I ordered Baconator fries one large strawberry lemonade and one chocolate Frosty did not receive the large strawberry lemonade or the large Frosty did not call me to tell me anything about the order being changed nor did they say they were out or short of any of the product sad and pathetic and you wonder why the minimum wage is still low. I guess you get what you pay for and for you employees at this particular Wendy's you get what you work for..."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s from time to time since I was in highschool and today I felt compelled to write this because I’m so over the horrible customer service here. Everytime I come, The chubby white female manager is the most miserable rudest person I’ve ever witnessed. She along with the other staff working here are so inpatient and on top of that got our order wrong. How this place isn’t shut down is beyond me."

"Drive thru customer service is terrible! I went there two days in a row and paid for extra honey butter sauce and didn't get it. The morning person in the drive thru is absolutely not a morning person and needs an attitude adjustment! I won't go there again."

"They didn’t give me a receipt, they forgot one of my orders and they told me to wait in my car. They made me wait for almost an hour! The restaurant was closed so i have to go to the drive thru to see what they were taking so long and they start to laugh like little kids and when i ask them for my order they told me i need my receipt. Why they didn’t ask me for that from the beginning!! They were laughing like idiots and the manager was the worse!! They should fired everyone and closed that place!!"

"Everything was pretty good from the food to the service. The bathroom was ok, not the cleanest but at least a lot better than other places I've been to. Also my only other complaint was it seemed like their soda machine was missing quite a bit of selections, but still 5⭐ for me."
