"The old lady with the bad makeup and piercing on her face has a nasty attitude every time I’ve been to this location. The service is bad, they speak to you with attitude, they give you the wrong order too."

"Never before has a Dunkin’ Donuts truly given so few cares about service standards or anything regarding doing the work whatsoever. They’re there for a paycheck nothing more they’re greedy they’re hungry they want tips and they don’t care about whether or not they give you the right products. Don’t go here. Don’t acknowledge the people who work here as people because they won’t acknowledge you as anything more than a worm with money."

"The drive-thru reception staff are not friendly at all and yell at you to wait. The bagels I ordered didn't even have cream cheese spread. It was a really unpleasant experience. This kind of customer service is the worst while operating as a Dunkin brand."

"I love dunkin donuts. I will never come here again. I'm not sure if it's a store specific policy or if it's just horrible service, but they would not allow us to go through the drive through because we had 1 item too much. We ordered a normal amount of food for 2 adults and 2 children. If they can't handle 4 people through drive through, in my mind they don't deserve to have the dunkins name. My recommendation is either just go to the perfectos by butcher boy or find a different dunkins."

"This used to be my go to Dunks. Since the fall, this location has really gone into the toilet. In the summer it was flies all over. Every time I go, they're out of something. A machine isn't working. The customer service has gone way way down. I went today & was told there wasn't any Dunkin Midnight. 10 seconds later they say they do but it needs to be brewed. I say okay because the line isn't moving anyway. I finally get my coffee, take off & realize it's lukewarm. Supposedly fresh brewed coffee, isn't even hot. Done with this location."
