"The Burger King on Winthrop Street should fire all their after midnight employees. Waited at drive thru for 7 minutes and neverplaced an order. The nice young man at break went several times to let them know and nothing. People want a job but don't want to work!"

"This place is a serious health hazard, felt sick after eating here. Needs a health inspector checked. Waited an hour for the drive thru which is filled with DoorDash drivers and I can hear them yelling in the back when I asked to order. The overnight experience is horrible, better shut down at this hour."

"This place has gone downhill so much over the past few years. Last time I went 6 months ago, I ordered a chicken sandwich and whopper and was real sick for hours. There are a bunch of rude workers with bad manners and bad training. Long waits in drive thru makes it ridiculous to even consider. (And I'm sure there are rude customers) They are remodeling the building but unless they have new management I'll never go back. Was a different place back in the day"

"This place is horrible, terrible customer service. I placed an order through drive thru and shorty on mic was too slow to comprehend a simple order. because i was already frustrated i forgot to mention a mobile order i placed. when i went to get my order i mentioned the mobile order and the lady on the mic told the guy at the window to make me go around the line again to get the mobile order. the line took about 40 minutes to get back around. the lady at the first window told me that the order i placed has been done since i paid for the order on drive thru. so realistically that lady on the mic is honestly terrible her name is like sandra or something . But she needs sum serious work on her customer service skills."

"I was in the Taunton Massachusetts area visiting a car dealership early on a Saturday morning, and I ran into an old friend who lives in the area. We decided to go into Burger King, for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. Since it was after the morning Rush, and before the noon lunch time crowd, the restaurant was quiet on the inside, so we had plenty of privacy to talk and catch up. The service was efficient, friendly, and the food was fresh and the coffee was fresh. There is ample parking in the parking lot, the restrooms were clean, and although they were renovating the interior, the restaurant was fully functional, and safe and clean for people to sit and eat. I would highly recommend this Burger King over others I have visited. It is right on Route 44, a major thoroughfare between Southeastern Massachusetts and Eastern Rhode Island."
