"This was my spot to go to at night, never had no issues until one day I got the wrong order i ordered plain wings and he gave me bbq wings. the manager was telling me he can wash the bbq off the chicken with water but he can’t do me a new batch, um excuse me I was lost for words “wash the bbq with water”? He looked at me serious and said yes , I proceeded to go back and forth even ask for my money back and declined it, until one of his co workers said she’ll do me a new batch. How is a co worker giving better customer service then their boss it’s embarrassing. Terrible customer service."
"Really good deal and super fast. They have lots of different sauce options and I really like their fries too. I live nearby and am happy to have them in my neighborhood for quick, delicious food. Highly recommend."
