"I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning with my boyfriend. We ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese pancake wake up wraps and two orders of hash browns. EVERYTHING was cold and not cooked. It took 25 minutes for the guy making food to complete our order because he took his sweet old time in a busy on college campus Dunkin’ Donuts. Everything was thrown into the bag not put together correctly. The wake up wraps came two in the same small bag… everything fell apart and got messed up because of the way he packed my food. If you do not like your job, quit and find a new one. I am unsatisfied with my order and will be contacting a higher up in this business. Now I have to take time out of my day to heat up my cold Dunkin donuts food."

"They've really stepped their game up here recently. Used to be I couldn't pull up to the drive-thru without at least a half dozen cars waiting, but they are much more efficient nowadays. Not sure if the place is under new management or something, but whatever changed is working for them!"

"Awful wait time. Consistently waiting 20+ minutes for a single coffee. Today I waited for a coffee for over 30 minutes until I decided to just leave without my order. Rude service. A majority of the staff needs to be fired."

"Drinks were fine but tried to order food and first three things we named, they didn't even serve. Not out of stock, simply that they didn't make those items. It's a TV menu board, go take things off if you don't offer them..."
