"Walked in around 3:45 today, Saturday, and a shorter lady was coming out the back employee door near the restrooms. She immediately in an aggravated tone yells “you have to purchase something to use the restroom” not even knowing if 1. I purchased already or purchased in the drive thru 2. If my intention of walking in was to even use the restroom which it was not. I was going to buy something but because of how rude she was I immediately left. 0 sense of community or customer service to have your employees yelling at customers who haven’t even uttered a word about using a bathroom that I wouldn’t even touch with a pole. Leave your personal anger at home. Worst attitudes ever at this dunkin."

"Worst Dunkin in the city. Place an order online and they NEVER get it correct. The POS System literally prints the order for you. When you finally get tired of paying for the things you don't receive and you complain you get an attitude like you are wrong. The manager could care less about the way her rude lazy employees treat the customers. I think its time to run on Marylou's. Peace out Dunkin"

"Worst dunkin I ever been to in my life. Never will go back. They should fire the person who does the hiring. Orders are never right always have to fix because no one pays attention. I witness first hand certain employee swearing at customer. When they do have the order right it looks like they stuck a finger in it or toss it against the wall before they give it to you. I’m telling everyone not to go there. So rude and always have attitudes."
