"It wasnt bad. Standard experience. Close to my house, so will more than likely be back again. Did a mobile order, and the clerk was very quick to get it to us, even while the dining room was busy. Just wish the burrito was wrapped better."

"I've been getting lunch here about once a week for 3 years because its close to work. 9/10 times I have a problem. My order is wrong, missing, undercooked, staff is rude or doesn't care, they only take online orders one day and the next day they only do in person orders. They always forget something when I order online. so im asking for refunds constantly for missing stuff. Go to sol de mexico nearby its way better and it probably will be faster because this chipotle will take half an hour sometimes to get your food."

"The worst Chipotle ever. This is the 4th time I’ve had a very poorly made burrito from this location. See pic below.The tortillas are lazily wadded up and you only get a bite of one ingredient at a time - a truly awful burrito experience. There were also no fajita vegetables. There won’t be a 5th time bc I am never going here again."

"I ordered a quasidilla and this was what I got. Two taco tortillas with a little chicken. Ordered it with extra chicken fajita veggies sour cream and salsa. Tried calling and the phone system sucks. The kids in the store tonight are the laziest people I have seen. The fact that I spent $20 on this is ridiculous, the manger will be getting a lovely complaint filed. I expect to have a full refund of my entire order and my next meal for free after this shameful pass for a meal. These employees should be fired"

"Avoid this location at all costs!! It is consistently the WORST Chipotle location I have ever visited. As much as I love Chipotle, there is NO way I will go back until this location gets new management. The restaurant is often dirty with trash on the floor and stray food littering the prep area where they make orders. Last time I was there the drink area was completely trashed. They had no lids, no napkins, and no straws plus the area was covered in trash and water. They are often out of basic food supplies. Today, they were out of white rice at 4:30pm. There are no signs of what food items are out before you wait in line and the staff is rude if you ask if they have more coming out. Serving sizes have definitely decreased while prices have increased. Also, portion sizes are sexist. It’s easy to see when you have to wait in line that women are given less than men (and I was close enough to hear that the men did not ask for “extra”). Very frustrating when men and women are charged the same! Today, I got half a scoop of brown rice (because they were trying to conserve portions with no white rice left) and my carnitas barely covered the small portion of rice. When I said something about not being given much, I got an eye roll and was told I would need to pay extra if I wanted more. Pictured you will see my half eaten burrito with my first hint at meat because there was almost none included. The guacamole is almost $3 and they barely put any on. If I’m paying this much extra I want to get more than a dab. On my last visit, the employee accidentally squeezed out half of my guacamole while folding my burrito and wiped it off on the counter. She would not fix it and said she still needed to charge me. Again, very frustrating having to pay extra and not receive what you pay for. No matter how far you have to drive, I would go to any other Chipotle location to avoid this one."
