"Checkout the only ramen game in town. Worth the visit and a nice change from the diners. This location has been through several hands but this one could stick. The simplicity of soup, the depth of a full meal, some Japanese flair, all reasonably priced given the location and other options."

"Had shoyu and miso ramen. Wish there was more chicken on the menu because the pork was not that good. The broth was good but entire menu was very over priced for not even ordering from a server. Seats were very close together and we probably would not come back. The walls are cool and ambiance is great but I think there’s better options in the area to justify coming."

"Unfortunately, I did not love my experience at Akita Ramen. Firstly, the tables are so close together, you cant have a private conversation. Its like youre sitting with the other patrons. I understand wanting to seat more guests for more profit - but the seating arrangement is uncomfortable. Secondly, in my view, the Ramen broth is quite bland. It's mediocre compared to other ramen in MA. However, the pork bun I had was very good. There isnt much ramen in the merrimack valley. But I cant recommend Akita."

"I give this place 10/10 omg the ramen was so delicious. I order miso spicy ramen . Great customer service . Love the ramen it come with egg pork and noodle , corn . It was just perfect the broth . I love spicy ramen. I notice to place an order you have to scan QR code and pay online."

"We thought the ambience was very cool. Yes, ordering everything on the phone is a little on the new side and not very personal, service staff should at least warmly welcome the guests. And everything came out at once: apps, soup, drinks. Would have loved to wait with a drink at least. And we were a bit disappointed that they were out of a lot of ramen choices on a Friday night, hope it was a busy day for them... Other than that the food was delicious. Is it really authentic? I unfortunately, have never been to Japan and will gladly accept this delicious meal from Andover. We had Kyoto Shoyu and Yuzu Shio Ramen, Takoyaki, Kurobuta Sausage, Brussel sprouts, taiyaki and matcha ice cream was out of this world! Yes, it was pricey, especially to add all the extras. But isn't everything expensive these days? This is not a chain restaurant and they have to pay for all the expensive Andover overhead just the same, Please see the whole picture, not just the soup in front of you. Making everything we ate from scratch is a lot of work. We know as we own our own food business. Overall great experience!"
