Five Guys

"When you enter Five Guys you are immediately greeted with “Welcome”. The staff is extremely friendly and the burgers are always juicy. You choose your “base” burger and then there are 15 other toppings you can add at no additional cost (no limit to the number of toppings you can choose). We love the Cajun fries and their fries portions are larger than expected. They typically fill the size of the fries container and then drop additional in the bag. They use peanut oil to cook the fries and they give out free peanuts. Their milkshakes are wonderful as well and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle so you have a lot of drink options. The last time we went in someone grabbed our bag off the counter. They expedited remaking the meal and offered a free milkshake for the trouble. Great customer service!"

"Today I parked exactly at 9:35pm in the lot while I’ve seen a group of people struggle to open the door as if it’s closed. They get a signal from inside to get someone to open the door so they go in. I go try to open the door and it’s closed. No one opens. Still before 9:40pm. Then I see another group of the same people try to open and they get a signal from the same staff to open the door so I go in with them, they inform me only shakes while everyone else was eating burgers. So I go up to the cook that let them in and asked if it’s really only shakes at this time. He his response is “yes look at the time you came” it’s literally not even 9:40pm. I proceed to tell him that I burger takes atleast 5 mins to make and he tells me “no only shakes you had the whole day to come, I’ve been here the whole day” so does 5guys close at 9:40pm or 10pm??? I left upset I couldn’t get a burger that I wanted after I long day from work. Really disappointed in this location and hospitality. I felt discriminated against."

"All of the staff at this location were courteous and prompt. They took my order while being polite and accurate. They are helping to keep the Five Guys name associated with great food and service."

"So disappointing ordered a pickup of 1 regular fry and 1 large Cajun fry to receive semi-filled portions and soggy undercooked fries non-loose in the bag. This location needs quality control! Yes, I'm angry, I've spent and wasted hard-earned money, and on top of that, it was a pregnancy craving. I left comments on the app and reordered from one closer to home since I still want my fries."
