"I enjoy their food, usually. But I'm very frustrated that their phone line seems to be hit or miss, some days it just doesn't ring and says "the wireless customer is unavailable", like today for example. Either have your phone working during business hours... or not! EXTREMELY frustrating to take half an hour putting together a take out order for 5 people, and then NOT be able to get through. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened. What respectable business doesn't have a reliable phone line?! Just ridiculous and very aggravating. Withheld 2 stars for this dumb reason. Do better, guys."

"Small bar scene with so many burger toppings. It’s more of a dive scene with a lot of locals. This place is definitely hindered by its location as only locals know it exists. The exterior makes it look closed and uninviting. If the exterior had more lights and windows it would look more inviting. However the burger menu is awesome."

"Went to see our friend play music. It was our first time here. I was surprised by the huge number of burger selections, including gluten free options. Loads of people there enjoying the food and drink. A winner!"

"I really cannot recommend this place at all. We were very excited to have a good burger, considering that this palace's niche is having 97 of them. I was so disappointed by the lack of.... Everything. My partner ordered the smokehouse burger, which was supposed to have the wing rub on the patty. It had one spot on the center of the burger that was LOADED with the seasoning, and there was not an even spread of the flavor on the burger. Most bites were bland and flavorless while a few bites were so overwhelmingly robust with the over seasoned center. I ordered the burger that was supposed to have onions and garlic on it. The onions were quick cooked instead of being caramelized with flavor leading to a very water bite of onion. There was no garlic to be found. And the meat patty itself wasn't seasoned at all. It lacked even basic salt and pepper, let alone any other flavor you would expect from a well seasoned ground beef patty. On top of that, the beef that they use is so lean, you don't even get any actual fat flavor from the meat. The fries were good. The service was slow. The tv above the bar is so burnt out it was hard to see the golf game. Overall, I won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone, which is unfortunate because I really do think they could do so much better with some tweaks to their recipes and cooking styles."

"Used to come a long time ago and the place has definitely gotten worse every time. My steak tips were undercooked and couldn't even chew them. The manager/ owner wasn't happy and a bit rude. The waitress was good. Thought I could give it one last chance but never again!"
