"I have gotten bagels from all over I've been to some of the most famous bagel shops in New York City where you wait for hours in line for a bagel and this is the best bagel shop of them all. These bagels are so much more soft where you can still squash them around a breakfast sandwich or with smear of cream cheese in the middle. You can't go wrong with their breakfast sandwiches and you can't go wrong with their lattes either. My go to bagel smear is the jalapeno cheddar bagel with chive cream cheese."

"All the ladies, I have no problem with. I went in Wednesday while doing deliveries. The pickup order wasn't done so I went ahead and ordered my breakfast (received in less than 5 minutes). The pickup order should've been done by the time I arrived, but it was rush hour, I get it. The only man on that shift, assuming he was in charge of coffee's, was the textbook definition of miserable. He was moving so slow, and when I asked for the rest of the order (about 15 minutes after I walked in) the ladies kindly told me it was almost done. The guy, mumbled "it isn't ready!" With so much attitude and misery. He's a bad look for the place. He thinks he's too good for his job. I wasn't in there receiving things for free. I was working, but also a customer. Message to him, calm down my guy, life is too short to be mad at your own decisions. Smile"
