Panera Bread

"Usually can get a quick breakfast from here without issues. Received a cranberry orange muffin today that was completely raw in the middle. Should have known as they didn’t look right even in the display (middles were caving in)."

"The quality of food and friendliness of staff is rapidly plummeting. We don’t live too far from the branch in North Andover and we sometimes stopped by but we are making this our last time. The Baja Bowl is advertised as warm but it was cold and extremely tasteless. Their turkey with beacon was another disaster. The bacon was like rubber. The staff are indifferent and we had to wait a good 5 minutes for someone to take our order considering we were the only people in line. Hadjer (the guy who took our order) seemed frustrated and displeased that there are customers waiting to order. However he was happy to chat & laugh with other employees. This place was worth a stop to grab a bite. Sadly that’s no longer true."

"This was one of my favorite places to get food. But not after this last experience. I found so many gross rotten vegetables while eating my sandwich. I feel sick now. They also put way too much sauce in my sandwich and added onions to my boyfriends sandwich, he can't eat onions..."

"Listen, I love me some Panera Bread, but I noticed lately that they’ve been lacking customer service. How? They ignore you. You try to ask them a question and they’d just walk away from you. When I was there Friday waiting for my order, I decided to go to the bathroom and it so happened that one of the cooks was heading there too right in front of me. There was a guy in one of the stalls so the cook used the one available and I waited. This kid finished peeing and just walked out off the bathroom without washing his hands. I get out of the bathroom and head over there and he’s preparing food with everyone else… needless to say I was mortified."

"I ordered a breakfast bagel and it was super delicious! Everyone was super friendly and the girl at the cashier was very nice about answering our questions about the menu. My only complaint was no hot sauce :("
