"We decided to give our son an impromptu birthday present. My husband decided to put a special birthday tray together with McDonalds food and arrange it special at the party for my son as a surprise. It was a nostalgic presentation as my son just turned 30 and he used to love McDonalds as a kid. Everyone thought it was a great idea in how we presented it. There was other food and goodies as well. But I really wanted to mention the fantastic customer service we received from Mario, the manager. He went above and beyond for us when my husband explained what we were doing. We purchased all the fries, pies, etc. Mario was very accommodating with our requests. I cannot thank Mario enough in helping us out. It was a Saturday in October dinner time and busy and he took the time out to get our orders together in a timely fashion for us. Thanks again, Mario! You're the best!"

"The crew members don't get paid enough to endure the incompetence of the Hiring & General Managers. All of the Junior Managers/Store Managers are splendid people, and there are many folks still slogging it out on the crew who ought to be on the management track, but are not due to inadequate/scummy business practices."

"Why not open 24 hrs ? Used to be a great spot to eat late night when getting outta work. Now even when opened until 11 they can’t make an order right or have ice cream like what happened"

"Attempted to place an order on the app was brought the complete wrong order nothing was correct. And then we got to play the blame game of blaming the delivery driver instead of the store, taking accountability and admitting that maybe it was them that was wrong order from another McDonald’s location."

"Grumpy individuals working there. Could be the day, but it was not the best I've ever had.... experience or the food. This establish usually isn't too messy but the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired on cleanliness sometimes. It's not the worst I've seen, though, so I won't complain too much!"
