"Drinks and food r usually fine, but the drive thru always takes forever. U will sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone says anything to you, but they leave their mic’s on, so you can hear everything going on inside the store."
"Easily the worst Dunkin' donuts and or food coffee place I've ever been to in my life. You order from the counter and ask for one cream one sugar. They give you 17 creams and 48 sugar. It does not matter what you order. You're going to get it wrong and it's going to take about 45 minutes even though there's nobody else in line or in the store. I've never been to a store that is so constantly horrible. I cannot believe this place is even allowed to be open and have the franchises name on it. There's a Starbucks across the street. Just pay the extra dollar and go there."
"It was 8pm on the dot and nobody but me around, still had coffee and donuts stacked, everything still working and this guy tells me closed. You couldn't just give me ONE donut out of the 75 donuts you are going to throw away anyways? Dunkin donuts wastes so much "food" its unbelievable. Theyd rather throw it in a dumpster than give it to a customer."
