"Manager At night is Extremely rude & Snarkey . Obviously couldn't do her job right because they had no cup holders ,because they ran out.... " DoorDash is responsible for having cup holder's not Wendy's ,Don'tyou everrun out of stuff at your house?? Well it'sjust like that.". [ Tjis is what I thought but did not say *well dear it is not though because you are a Business /take out restaurant..so no not even close to the same. & I plan better & usually don't run out of Essentials at my house F Y I * but did say "Happy Holidays & Hope Santa can bring you'all cup holders Have a Good Night "] I am very serious about my job & believe in giving customer service to the restaurants & Customer's with professionalism & kindness. I received no professionalism no kindness & was treated very very rudely. I am never rude & always try to give kindness . Over all evey time I have to go into that Wendy's it has been very unpleasant."

"I am tired of ordering the same exact sandwich with the same modifications and getting the incorrect ingredients on it. I order online always. I know the modifications show up on the order slip. The cooks do NOT listen. Get your cooks to make the food CORRECTLY."

"Disgusting! I got the breakfast and it is literally ooozing this nasty cheese mixture. Doesn’t even have the sausage patty on it Employees don’t listen. Asked for a full refund on my order. And didnt provide that. Service is awful. All Wendy’s locations have gone down hill. No more Wendy’s for my family."

"This is arguably the slowest Wendy's in New England. Always has been. I went in this time since the drive through was around the building and it took just as long probably. One woman was running the show, good for her. It may be lack of employees but it's always been super slow for the last 15 years I've been going there."

"Idk why it’s so hard to listen and just not add the item that is an allergen. If someone asks for an item with no bacon or no ketchup or whatever, the item shouldn’t come with twice the amount you usually add. At that point it seems malicious. Asked for no bacon specified allergy. This is what we got. I’d like to add that we were the only people at the restaurant so they can’t blame it on being busy. This is a constant thing with this restaurant."
