"Tried to call this location to order takeout. Was hung up on without anyone even saying a word multiple times. This goes along with other reviewers reporting poor service. I recommend management have a conversation as this order alone was going to be close to 100 dollars. I can only imagine how much money this location is losing with this type of service."

"Went on a Saturday night at 5:15, wasn’t seen by a waitress until 5:30. Service was ridiculously slow to the point of it being unacceptable. Took 45 minutes for food to come out- one adult meal and two kids and then another 35 minutes for the ice cream to come out. The restaurant was not packed by any means so there was no need for it to be this long. Our waitress was seen walking around doing nothing or just spraying tables to clean but then walking away from them and then coming back later to finish wiping it down while two other waitresses were hustling and doing their best. Food was fine, nothing special but ice cream came out to us somewhat melted- evident that it just had been sitting. The waitress didn’t even bring spoons with her so we again had to wait. I saw two parties leave because no one went over to their table, kids crying because the wait was insane. The man behind me sent his food back and a manager never came and checked in with the table. I went there knowing it would be slow but almost two hours for an adult and two small kids is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and get mediocre food and awful service."

"Me and my friends came here after a night out and we had a wonderful time! Our food and floats were served by our wonderful server Alexis. She came through and made it a very nice and comfortable experience! I'd definitely recommend friendlys to anyone looking for a good meal and time!"

"Due to the flippant attitude of the staff including the manager in regards to the cleanliness of the restaurant I would not suggest anyone ea here. If they haven't bothered to clean the bathroom in 30 days what else haven't they cleaned? I went in this evening and went to the bathroom before I placed an order at the counter I noticed that the bathroom was disgusting and said as much to the person taking my order. Apparently the person taking my order did not like that I complained that the bathroom look like it had not been cleaned and more than 30 days. She had the manager come over and talk to me who then began to berate me on making her employee feel uncomfortable because I told her that the bathroom look like it had not been cleaned in 30 days."

"Food was good service little to be desired. Had to wait about 10 minutes at table before we were able to have menus. No chocolate in grandsons chocolate milk. Gave us our food and we didn't have any silverware. They were cleaning some for us had to wait .We were the only customers in there. Ice cream was great."
