"Atmosphere is ok, it smells like piss when you walk in & the drinks are made like with no urge! Asked for 1 drink had to send back twice due to it being made terribly!! The food was okay. Not the best experience this time"

"Everything was very good. The burger was medium as requested and the fries would have been hot if I had them at the restaurant. Unfortunately, no matter how careful the driver, food is going to get cold fast when it is 35 degrees out and you don’t use an insulated bag."

"The food was fine. Is it gourmet? No. But it was tasty and hot and that’s basically what I’m looking for so that’s fine. What was not fine was how cold this restaurant was. People were mostly wearing coats and hats inside. I asked someone if we could turn up the heat and she said she’d try but the heat was actually centrally controlled by corporate. Shame on Fridays corporate making their staff members freeze their butts off in Massachusetts in January. I doubt we’ll be back, but if we are it will only be during warmer temps."

"I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo and only got the chicken, also the package came with a a ton of grease and the sauce was spilled everywhere. Really disappointed this kind of stuff keeps on happening, last time I ordered they forgot my salad."

"I remember this place used to be good a while back. Service was great and so was the food but the last few times I have been there have been very disappointing. Today I went out for dinner with my daughter and Asked for butter garlic broccoli as one of the sides. I instead received this plain, old broccoli. Not sure how they are storing their food back there but definitely something is not right. The browning on the broccoli is not from any sauce or due to grilling, its just old and stale. The service, lets just say I had to keep getting up and asking other people for help, I have gotten better service out of a taco truck in my town. This will be my last time at this place. As a business owner It really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but the horrible customer service and disappointing food has to be pointed out."
