"This is literally the worst location in the area, I'm always told to pull over and wait whether it's a coffee or a meal, then they always forget items for my order, my absolute favorite is getting a stale mcchicken at lunch time and the lettuce is brown and the patty and buns are stale, customer is atrocious, I'd rather spend money at burger king or wendys than to return to this location, it's been this way and getting worse over the past couple of years"

"I stopped by on the way home from a visit in town. The dining room is currently closed due to renovations. When I first drove up, 2 people tried taking my order so it was confusing. They eventually figured who was on coms, and confirmed my order at each step. The nuggets tasted like the oil needed to be changed, the French fries were hot and fresh (had to wait for them). Ate in the car in the parking lot under one of several lights. Dipping sauces, straw, and napkins were all included. I would return if in area and in a hurry."

"In a hurry, I ordered at the drive through. I noticed that both cars ahead of me were pulled over, waiting. So when I got to the pickup window I asked if I'd have to wait. They said yes. I just left. Didn't have time."

"Place was dirty and Spanish music (I think) was blaring. I got up and left. If the owner wonders why sales may be down sloppy sandwiches, dirty eating area, having to wait for register person to get off the cell phone, filthy rest room and blaring Mexican music might have something to do with it!!"

"This location implored the use of their keyos/ customer interface. It took a while and was some what intricate to navigate through. Many items are consolidated in areas. And finalizing payment can be tricky. A representative was nearby to assist patrons. After you get a number and sit down at your table. The area was clean and someone was cleaning very efficiently. No more than 5 minutes a woman brought our order to our table, and retrieved our number. We had a 20 piece meal and a 10 piece buttermilk tender meal, which is filling. Make sure you get that signature sauce. We took what we didn't finish for the ride and 2 pumpkin pie cakes."
