"English please and when you ask a question they go get somebody else that doesn't speak English for them to go. Get somebody else to come to the window to ask you what you needed and all you needed. Was some napkins pretty basic if they were working the drive up window, please make sure that they can communicate clearly"

"To the manager Went through drive through exactly at 5:48 PM on the 14th of this month. When I've gave the employee my debit card. When I notice his phone was too close Where you insert the card Now I'm not saying anything, or that anybody did anything. I just don't like that. I think employees should keep their phones in their pocket. Period"

"Came to this McDonald’s location on the way home from a road trip. Saw the buy one large sandwich, get one for $1 on the menu and ordered it. The employee told me that they “didn’t have it.” I said, how can you not have it, it’s right there advertised on your menu. She went back to talk to the manager and came back and said “it ended yesterday, we just haven’t taken it down yet.” That is false advertising. Advertising something for a certain price and not honoring it. I ordered regardless, but I felt as though they most definitely should have honored it since they were still advertising it! Other people’s orders in our party were also wrong and one waited a considerably long time. Terrible experience."

"First they want you to use the kiosk. You just end up ordering at the counter anyways. We sat down and to our surprise, somebody brought our food over to us! That was nice of him My McChicken was Hot and fresh Cheeseburger was yummy Nuggets were ok."
