"Went with family. The waitress sat us down and we waited for someone to come and take our order, other people came and they were taking their order before us. We left, felt Unwelcomed, the place felt dirty."

"get the pancakes. i got the chocolate chip and they were excellent. the bacon is thick and delicious. very friendly service, as well, especially considering i ordered take out the second they opened at 6:30. i felt welcome and taken care of. dining area has a few tables, and it may potentially get crowded during peak hours, but it’s worth it."

"Tried this breakfast place today. Thanks to Google review we ended up chosing Perry's plate. We got lucky and didn't have to wait for a table. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Place is clean, a little small but it's ok. We got coffee right away that was good. It's Sunday morning you need that. The menu is not sure but, but it has all the typical breakfast meals. I had egg Benedict and my friends has French toasts and blueberry pancakes. Egg Benedict was amazing. Finally found a place that makes it how I like it. Everything else also tasted very good and fresh. I would definitely come back. They also have lunch, and alcohol."

"The pancakes are super fluffy and delicous. They don't have any whipped cream or berries, but they don't portion out the maple syrup so you can have as much as you'd like. The pancakes a good size even though the portion is big and they have great texture. I would say they have less variety that Shawsheens Luncheonette, but better pancake batter."
