Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Don’t order from here after 6 pm…have been here multiple times and they consistently run out of chips, guacamole, and queso. Today I ordered a steak bowl for pickup and discovered I only got half the ingredients when I got home. The least they could do is let you know if they’re out of ingredients… A few weeks ago I waited over 45 minutes in store for 2 burritos. Completely unacceptable for a “fast food” establishment. Management does not care or support their staff. Stay away from this franchise and go elsewhere if you want a correct, decent, and timely meal."

"I wanted to order pickup through the chipotle app and my boyfriend was going to pick it up on his way home. Ordering online was fine it was easy enough. My boyfriend has quite a drive so I set the pickup for 5:20pm which gave the staff at least 30 mins to prepare. When he got there, the staff was talking amongst themselves completely ignoring him. Once he finally got our order he came home to find that his burrito bowl was incomplete. He ordered steak, brown rice, pico, corn salsa and cheese. He opened his bowl to find only STEAK and brown RICE. Steak and rice were both so cold seemed like it’s been sitting there. No other toppings at all. My burrito bowl came out okay but I did not ask for black beans and received the beans on my bowl. The staff had extra time with this order and still it is incomplete. Corporate NEEDS to pay attention to this location. The poor high school students working seem like they get no support from management. This is not my first issue with this location, but will be my last time ordering from university ave. The customer service robot, Pepper on the chipotle app is the most unhelpful of them all."

"This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I would not go to this location. Took about 30 minutes to order (5 people ahead of me), no guacamole, or corn. Garbage everywhere. Filthy. Staff were joking in the back instead of helping clean up or serve customers. NO FORKS!!! Ridiculous."

"Staff was friendly. That’s always a plus. I walked in just as they called my name. Bonus. But that’s where it ends. I had less than a half a cup of pork. Very sad. Almost like it was what was left in the.bin so that’s what I got. (Picture shows). The guacamole. Brown. Not very appetizing. Chips where good though. And the other thing is they always shut down the service and make it online only. So ot sucks that you can’t watch what’s going into the bowl so that maybe one could have spoken up. Anyway. It’s chipotle. What did I expect."

"I came here in the middle of the day on a Saturday and I was able to get through the line quite quickly. I approached the service counter and saw a worker who immediately greeted me and he asked what he could get for me. I looked down at the rice and there was not that much left but he immediately called for a refill on the rice. I picked up two chicken bowls with all the fixings and was immediately able to check out at the register. There were a few negative restaurant maintenance issues observed shown in photo. There was no hot sauce and the service areas were bare. If my food wasn't so good, I would ding more for the bare shelves. Food was pretty good and the worker was on point with great service. The positive outnumber the negative."
