"Staff who prepares food and who pack the food have no head covering. That’s anti sanitary. Plus, their service is slow. I noticed miscommunication between staff. And they have attitude. Calling everyone “honey” will not make up for their shortcomings."

"Ordered a Truffle Mushroom and Swiss Smash Burger which was ok not as good as other locations that I have visited. The sweet potato fries were cold and stale like they were sitting around for a while. The service was ok. Won't be going back to this location."

"I really like the burgers here. The fries are good too. I had to take away one star due to the careless nature of how the food was served. I got the smashfries and the oil and spice mixture they put on them was thrown on with no care so that maybe 5 fries had any flavor. The rest were plain since the flavored oil was just all over the bottom of the container. The burger was also made sloppy. Carelessly assembled. Train the workers better, or hire some people that pay attention to detail. Update: 11-9-22 The food is still really sloppy. The packaging is covered in grease. So visually it's not very appealing, but man the mushroom swiss burger is really good. Samuel Jackson put it best, "That IS a tasty burger" Update: 9-5-23 Much better presentation on this visit. The burger was great and it was assembled with care. I was not a fan of the haystack onions. They were just so salty and they didnt even fill the sauce container halfway. Ill stick with the fries."

"Craving a burger from somewhere new I went to the GPS and found this place. The menu sounded amazing so why not!? Well it was more like trashburger than smash burger. Everything was just over the top and messy it wasn’t really a burger anymore. The brisket was really dry, bacon extra soggy and fries and tots was soaked in grease. Seemed and looked like the sides were already cooked and they just fried everything again to warm up instead of cooking fresh batch. Definitely over priced for the portions and flavor. First and last time trying here."
