"Store was kept clean and neat. We opted to order with a cashier not the kiosk to have human interaction, and the cashier was really professional and helpful! We were also impressed by the in-store employee Jeff. Jeff is exceptional, extremely polite and friendly, always active ensuring everything was running smooth where he can, and all customers needs were taken care of. He also pays extreme attention to small details like handing over the survey with both hands! Needless to say he got our two thumbs up :) Food is good but the service and environment made overall experience great"

"I ordered the double shack burger. The meat was seasoned well, and lettuce and tomato were fresh. The bottom bun was toasted, but the top bun wasn't. Im not sure if that was intentional or not. The top bun had a lot of butter. Shake sauce didn't have any flavor. I also ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The spicy seasoned crinkle fries were crispy and with the right amount of heat. The fresh lemonade was a refreshing way to wash it all down."

"Was pretty good and priced ok. Got the GLUTEN FREE bun and wasn't bad at all. I will definitely go back. Easy online ordering and picking up. Fries where better than expected. Crispy with a little bit of salt."

"This place is okay at best. It is overpriced I think Wendy's cheeseburger deluxe is a dollar and the same size as shake shack's burger at $5.49. The Food was warm,the cheese fries were cold with a clump of cheese in the middle. Everything is sold separate so it gets expensive it's definitely not worth the price. I definitely would not eat here again unless it's the only food within a 50 mi radius. The only thing I wasn't disappointed in was the black and white milkshake It was the only thing that tasted good price of a milkshake is $5.49 and extra for whipped cream. The trash can was overflowing so we couldn't clean up properly. If Google had half stars I would give it 2.5 at best."
