"Didn’t even get to order. The drive thru had 3 cars and inside had 2 people ahead of us and no one was getting waited on. Not the first time this has happened on a Saturday at 8 am. Worst service ever!!!!"

"40 minutes from start to finish to get thru the drive up window experience. I'm I the quick service business myself and have provided this kind of unacceptable level of service. The Franchisee is obviously not paying attention to his customers. I've been in the quick business the last 40 years. I have locations up and down the east coast in multiple states and hope and pray my organization has never provided this level of service. Definitely not returning!!!"

"This place is the absolute WORST! I try NOT to come to this particular location! Always short staffed. Or slow as all can be!!!! Today I waited in line for 25 minutes for 2 happy meals! Either hire more people or shut down! It’s absolutely ridiculous!"

"I think it is absolutely hilarious that the same people bashing the service here think that the Wendy's in Mansfield is somehow better when they literally steal credit card numbers and have been for 2+ years of doing it. It's McDonalds - But their online ordering accuracy is shockingly accurate (if you've ever lived outside of this state. Apparently again most people have gone to one single McDonalds for their entire family history). If you have to take your money to a cheap, fast food experience, do it here. Plainville sometimes takes the cake - But it really depends on current staffing and management."

"Well, only the drive through was open at 9 pm, so I could not go in to pick up food and use the bathroom. Bad start. Ordered on app, so I was hoping to get quick service, nope. Waited 5+ minutes just to tell them I ordered on the app. Waited 10 mins to get my order, two double cheese burgers, and it was COLD! How could it be cold if I am the only order they are working on? I was not waiting behind another car just at the window watching employees just walking around and joking with each other... Update: last time going here! This time inside is open but will not allow me to pickup inside only through drive through! Long line super slow! Just do not care here. Sign is even broken. Faster to go 30 minutes round trip vs waiting here again!"
