"Very good burgers, fries and shakes but expensive. It costed $20 for one person for a double cheeseburger, plain French fries and a shake. The pickup process was very quick and easy. Order online and pick it up off the shelf. Contactless which is nice"

"The food is always good, but I want to talk about the service. The order system and layout was a mess. Three self service stations and 2 of them were out of order already. There were only 1 cashier available. The line was so long and people didn’t know where to go or what to do to order their food. The staff weren’t helpful nor did they try to move or direct the customers. The kitchen staff could work a little faster as I can see the orders on the monitor were piling up fast. The floor staff look so clueless as if they were waiting to get orders from their boss. I understand they’re new, but management needs to train these staff even more especially on this holiday season. It took me more than half hour to get my food but then again I had to go back to the restaurant cause they forgot my hotdogs and chicken. It’s disappointing to see big name food establishment with this kind of quality of service; they don’t take their job seriously, and my order wasn’t even a big order. I honestly wouldn’t come back to this location. I’d rather go to Tuscan Market or to Chick-fil-a, where the line will always move faster."

"After years of being taken for granite, the Granite state welcomes its first Shake Shack and it was worth the wait. All the charm and great food from the original NYC Shake Shack is now available in Salem NH. Use the app or the in house terminals to order your food and the food will be ready for you. Service was better than expected during opening week."

"Food was delicious!!!! But for the price I figured the burger would have been bigger and fries would have had more cheese sauce and seasoning. Milk shakes were also great!"

"I am pleasantly surprised how fast they prepared everyone’s orders. It was packed no empty seats and at least 20 people waiting for their takeout orders including me. They just opened a few days ago. It goes to show how organized they are. I placed my order and was called pretty fast maybe within 5min. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy. I love their fries. The burgers are always delicious. I decided to try the new hot chicken sandwich it was really good I love the Cole slaw. All in all very pleased. Keep up the great work!"
