Heav'nly Donuts

"Never been in there before, I could of stopped at the 50 dunks in the area but stopped there, as soon I walk in the guy in this 50s was on his phone. So I am waiting as he talks to me, waiting ,waiting, it took my order with out putting his phone down or end conversation, he talking on the phone as he's making my sandwich, kept asking me about my order, as he's still talking, kept messing up my order, I almost walked out, awful, put the God dam phone down for a sec,"

"Why have this expansive menu when in reality nothing is in stock? Plan on getting a regular coffee and the donut they choose. Been here 5x and I've never actually gotten anything I set out to order. Understaffed, and whoever does the ordering for supplies needs to be fired. Poor management"

"I have been going to heavenly donuts for more than a year every morning to get my coffee and muffins I was always greeted by very polite girls that worked the early morning hours until recently they were replaced by a couple young males who don’t understand that they are the first face in the morning that most people see Their attitudes pretty much dictate the day for some there’s no thank youse. There’s no good mornings just arrogance in the way they speak to you I’ll be finding somewhere else."
